CNC Machining Services In China

CNC, also known as computer gong, refers to machining with CNC machining tools. General CNC machining usually refers to computer digitally controlled precision machining, CNC lathe, CNC milling, CNC boring-milling, etc. CNC machining has the advantages of stable processing quality, high processing accuracy, high repeatability, complex surface processing, and high processing efficiency. What Can We Do for Your CNC Project Processing?

Wake Rapid manufacturing is an expert of CNC machining services in China,

which is perfect for metal and plastic parts. We have advanced CNC machines, which can guarantee the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpieces to be processed, shorten the processing route to the shortest, reduce the empty travel time, improve the processing efficiency, simplify the workload of numerical calculations, and the processing steps.

In general, we divide customer’s CNC product processing procedures into the following methods. The tool centralized sorting method is to divide the process according to the tool used, and use the same tool to process all the parts that can be completed on the part. Use the second knife and the third to complete other parts that they can complete. This reduces the number of tool changes, compresses the lost motion time, and reduces unnecessary positioning errors. For parts processed by cnc with the method of processing parts sorting, the processed part can be divided into several parts according to its structural characteristics, such as inner shape, outer shape, curved surface or plane. Generally, the plane and the positioning surface are processed first, then the hole. Usually, we will deal with the simple geometry, following the complex geometry. The position with lower precision is processed first, then the higher precision position.

Roughing and finishing ordering method suit for parts that have deformation risk. Due to the deformation that may occur after rough machining, it is necessary to perform shape correction. Generally, roughing and finishing operations must be separated. In summary, when dividing the process, it is necessary to flexibly grasp the structure and manufacturability of the parts, the function of the machines, the processing of CNC machining parts, the number of positioning and the production organization of the unit.

Recommendations in CNC processing

1)The arrangement of CNC machining sequence should be considered according to the structure of the parts and the condition of the blank, as well as the need for positioning and clamping. The key point is that the rigidity of the workpiece is not destroyed. The sequence should generally be carried out according to the following principles: the previous procedure can not affect the positioning and clamping of the next procedure, and the processing procedures of the general machine tool interspersed in the middle should also be considered comprehensively.

First, the inner cavity are added, and then the outer shape is processed. It is better to carry out the process of processing with the same positioning, clamping mode or the same cutter in order to reduce the number of repeated positioning, the number of cutter changes and the number of moving the pressure plate. For the multiple processes performed in the same installation, the process with little damage to the workpiece rigidity should be arranged first.

2) When determining the positioning reference and clamping plan, pay attention to the following points:

Strive to unify the design, process, and programming calculation benchmarks. Minimize the number of clampings as much as possible, so that all surfaces to be processed can be processed after one positioning. Avoid adopting the manual adjustment scheme of occupying the machine. The fixture must be open, and its positioning and clamping mechanism must not affect the cutter in cnc processing (such as collision).

The cutter setting point can be set on the processed parts, but note that the cutter setting point must be the reference position or the part that has been finished. Sometimes the cutter setting point is destroyed by the first process, which will cause there is no way to find the cutter setting point of the next process and the following. So when setting the cutter in the first process, pay attention to setting up a relative tool setting position where there is a relatively fixed size relationship with the positioning datum. This cutter setting position is usually set on the machine table or fixture. The selection principle is as follows: easy to find, easy programming, and setting error is small.

3) When choosing the cutter path, pay attention to the relative movement path and direction of the workpiece. A reasonable choice of processing route is very important, because it is related to the machining accuracy and surface quality. In determining the cutter path, the following points are mainly considered. Ensure the machining accuracy, convenient numerical calculation and reduce programming workload, seeking the shortest processing route, reducing empty cutter time and try to reduce the procedure numbers. The advance and retreat (cut-in and cut-out) of the cutter should also be considered to minimize the cutter stop at the contour and leave marks.
