The Impact of the Pandemic
It is clear that the pandemic and switch to remote working is clearly having an impact on how people feel about their job and it is clear that many people are worried about being unprepared for a task at work which could signify that people are concerned about their performance and job security.
How to Feel More Prepared
So, what can people do to avoid these dreams and feel more prepared for work each day even if working from home? The key is to know exactly what is expected of you each day and to prioritise your workload so that you always get what needs to get done completed. You also need to make sure that you stay organised with a calendar/diary so that you never get caught out and so that you can feel prepared for every task.
In addition to this, you might find it also helpful to set yourself goals so that you can stay motivated and focused throughout the day. On top of this, it is also a good idea to ask for help when you need it so that you will never be unprepared and receive support when it is required. People may be like they’re left to their own devices while working remotely, so reaching out if you are unsure about a task is a smart step to take.
It seems that people are dreaming a lot about the workplace during the pandemic and it is easy to see why. Nightmares involving being unprepared are most common, so to avoid these you will want to take steps to make sure that you are fully prepared each day.
